The oppo k10 and oppo k10 pro were released with interesting specifications and will be the world’s first smartphones equipped with dimension 8000

Last year, Oppo released plenty of smartphones in the Oppo K9 series. We’re not joking when we say Oppo introduced a slew of devices under this umbrella. Now it’s 2022, and the firm has fortunately completed this lineup. Rather, new Oppo K10 5G rivals are on the way to join the old 4G vanilla K10. According to sources, the new Oppo K10 5G will be released in China and India very soon. According to reports, Oppo will release the Oppo K10 and K10 Pro first. With a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, the latter will be priced in the middle. The MediaTek Dimensity 8000 will be included in the vanilla version. That’s the Dimensity 8100’s younger sibling, with fewer features. The K10 just received TENAA certification with critical specifications.

OPPO K10 5G Specs

The Oppo K10 with model number PGJM10 has been discovered on the TENAA certification website. The Chinese government certifies the product’s release and provides a number of technical information. Under the hood of the Oppo K10 is a MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC. This will be the first smartphone to employ the Dimensity 8000 SoC, for those who are unaware. For those who aren’t aware, this chip uses the same 5 nm manufacturing process as the Snapdragon 8100 and 888. The significant discrepancy is due to the clock speed. The device contains four ARM Cortex-A78 cores with a maximum clock speed of 2.75 GHz. The Mali-G610 MP10 GPU is the same, however the Dimensity 8100 is 20 percent quicker. Apart than that, the chips are nearly identical, supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

Depending on the model, the Oppo K10 will include 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM. It will come with 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. In addition, the phone features a 6.59-inch Full HD+ display. It’s unknown if it’s an AMOLED or an LCD, but as a cost-cutting strategy, we’re guessing it’s an LCD. The smartphone is expected to have a high refresh rate. The TENAA pictures show a punch-hole cutout in the top-left corner, which will house the 16 MP selfie camera.

There is a triple-camera arrangement in terms of the camera. The main camera has a resolution of 64 megapixels, while the secondary camera has an ultrawide resolution of 8 megapixels. The third and last sensor is a 2 MP macro camera, which isn’t really outstanding. Oppo’s main goal with the K10 appears to be to bring performance to a low price point. The Reno series is recommended for individuals who prefer a premium-like experience. The device will come pre-installed with Android 12 and ColorOS 12.

The K10 is 164.3 x 75.8 x 8.7 mm in size and weighs 205 grams. A 5,000 mAh battery is also used to power the device. Other information about the phone is still unclear.

This week, the OnePlus Ace was unveiled, and one of the chips included was the Dimensity 8100 Max. Today, it’s the parent company’s turn to offer a smartphone with an improved version of MediaTek’s chipset, this time the Dimensity 8000. Even though it was Sunday, the Oppo K10 and Oppo K10 Pro were unveiled in China.

The Oppo K10 sports a 6.59-inch display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch response rate of 240Hz, and compatibility with the DCI-P3 color gamut. Dimensity 8000 Max sits behind the hood, constructed to 5-nanometer process technology requirements. With a max frequency of 2.75 GHz and a Mali-G610 video accelerator, the device includes eight processing cores in two clusters, one of which is allocated for four Cortex-A78 cores.

A Diamond VC liquid cooling system, capable of removing heat across an area of 16625 mm2, was placed inside to maintain an acceptable temperature regime. The Oppo K10 comes in two flavors: 128GB and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, as well as 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. They included a linear vibration motor, stereo speakers, Hi-Res & Hi-Res Wireless Audio compatibility, Dirac, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2, as well as NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2.

THE OPPO K10 AND OPPO K10 PRO WERE RELEASED WITH EXCITING SPECIFICATIONS.

A 5000 mAh battery with a quick 67-watt charge provides work autonomy, and it takes 29 minutes to restore 80 percent of the resource. The Android 12 operating system is combined with the ColorOS 12.1 shell on the Oppo K10. A 16-megapixel selfie camera with three primary camera sensors: 64 MP (f/1.8), 8 MP (wide, f/ 2.2), and 2 MP (portrait, f/ 2.4).

The manufacturer also unveiled the Oppo K10 Pro, which features a Snapdragon 888 CPU, 80 W fast charging, and a 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor with f/1.8 aperture as the main camera. If the basic version has an IPS matrix, this variant includes a 6.62-inch AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a fingerprint scanner. All other features are identical to those of the Oppo K10.

The Oppo K10 will go on sale on April 30 with memory options of 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB, and 12/256 GB for $308, $338, and $384, respectively. The Oppo K10 Pro is available in the same configurations, but at a higher price: $384, $430, and $492, respectively. However, we will wait for the first evaluations of these new devices to see how they operate in real-world circumstances and have a better understanding of their capabilities.
