Counterpoint Technological Market research just revealed last week the top ten best-selling smartphones in 2021. Seven of the top ten are iPhones, with the sweeping the top five spots. According to Counterpoint, there will be over 4,200 models on the market in 2021. The top ten best-selling smartphones accounted for 19% of total worldwide smartphone sales in 2021, up from 16% in 2020. The iPhone 12 was the best-selling model, followed by the iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 11.


The first three models account for 41% of Apple's overall sales. The most recent iPhone 13 series did well, with the iPhone 13 being the best-selling model in the fourth quarter of 2021, followed by the iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro.
