We are back with our little review of the Chinese smartphones on sale. In this article specifically, this time we’ll be looking for handsets with a price tag below $100.
1. REALME C11 2021
This is the latest and newest smartphone being introduced to this, the recently launched Realme C11 2021. It is an excellent device, extremely affordable handset. It comes with the Unisoc SC9863 chipset, along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and it can be expandable via a microSD slot
The device has a 6.52-inch display with a decent resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a notch that encases a 5MP snapper. On the backside, we have a single 8MP camera sensor.
Last, the Realme C11 2012 packs a large 5000mAh capacity battery, it has a 3.5mm audio jack and runs Android 11 out of the box.
2. REDMI 9
Next on the list is the old but still very reliable Redmi 9. The device brings a powerful MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, along with a minimum of 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD.
The Redmi 9 then features a large 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution capability which encases an 8MP selfie camera. In the background, we find four cameras including a primary 13MP, an ultra-wide 8MP lens, an 8MP portrait camera, and a 5MP macro camera.
The Redmi phone arrived with an extra-large 5020mAh battery, with support for 18W fast charging, it has a 3.5mm audio jack, rear fingerprint scanner and it runs MIUI 11 based on Android 10 out of the box.
3. UMIDIGI A11
The UMIDIGI A11 is the last released handset from the Chinese phone maker. It has an extremely interesting design, it has a flat frame which makes the device extremely similar to the Apple iPhone SE / 5. The smartphone comes with a MediaTek Helio G25 chipset, paired with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded via MicroSD.
The UMIDIGI phone has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution. On the backside, we have a total of three cameras, including a 15MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP sensor for depth data. For selfies, we find a single 8MP snapper in the notch at the front.
The UMIDIGI A11 is fueled by a massive 5150mAh capacity battery, it has a 3.5mm audio jack and runs Android 11 out of the box.
4. OUKITEL C21
The OUKITEL C21 is also a very interesting optional device in this price range It has a powerful MediaTek Helio P60; along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The C21 also brings a 6.4-inch display with a higher Full HD+ resolution. On the camera front, we have a 20MP front camera and four rear cameras including a 16MP primary and three 2MP sensors.
The OUKITEL C21 is powered by a 4000mAh battery, supports 18W fast charging, and has a fingerprint scanner on the back.
5. OUKITEL WP12
Last but not least, for those in need of an all-terrain though phone we have an excellent option. In this price range, the best option is the OUKITEL WP12.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD.
The display is a smaller 5.5-inch panel with an HD+ resolution display with an 8MP selfie snapper above it. While on the backside we have a main 13MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor on the back, along with a large triple LED flash.
The OUKITEL WP12 comes with a 4000mAh battery and it features NFC.
