Which new phones will have a Dimensity 9000 chip?

XIAOMI TO RELEASE THE FLAGSHIP DIMENSITY 9000 IN THE REDMI K50 SERIES

For the past few days, we’ve been hearing lots of news about the Redmi K50 series, and a few leaks were released online showing the possible appearance of the devices. This brought the manufacturer itself to release an official communique to clarify which hardware and platform one of the series models will receive.

In an AMA at the Weibo Social Network the CEO of Xiaomi was asked if any of the Redmi devices will get the new Dimensity 9000 processor. The CEO confirmed and said that such a model will be released as part of the Redmi K50 series. He did not bring any other specifics on which device will receive it but it is estimated that it will be either the Redmi K50 Pro or Redmi K50 Pro +.
Other online leaks report that the Dimensity 9000 chipset indeed will probably be installed in one of the members of the Redmi K50 series. CONFIRMED DIMENSITY 9000 PROCESSOR ON ITS FLAGSHIP DEVICE

MEDIATEK RELEASES DIMENSITY 9000 ON FIND X5 SERIES

A couple of years ago, MediaTek lost its edge in the flagship segment due to its poor performance in the flagships device niche and the fact that it couldn’t really compete in performance with Qualcomm offerings. The company reorganized its strategies and made a comeback with the amazing Dimensity series. In 2021, the company decided to give a further step into the flagship segment with the release of the Dimensity 1200 SoC. With a 6 nm processor and was one of the most used chips in the industry due to its attractive price for cost-effective flagship smartphones.
