The Red Magic 7 rumors are buzzing all over the web, the next-gen gaming phone designed by Nubia will support a 165W ultra-fast charging and will become the fastest-charging smartphone on the globe.

We’ve also learned that the phone’s benchmark scores exceeded 1.1mln and that it will use an in-screen camera technology.

If this is true, the Red Magic 7 will be the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone that uses under-display camera technology and the world’s first gaming smartphone with an off-screen camera. These three features and the 165W charging will make it the world’s most powerful smartphone.

There is still no official confirmation for all of these specs but if some images leaked from  TENAA, confirmed that this device will support 165W fast charging.

BTW, if we make the TENAA photos brighter, we can see that there is still a regular front-facing camera in the upper left side of the display, placed near the top edge. However, there will be two versions one for China and the other global. According to some previous leaks, only the global version of the Red Magic 7 will use this novel technology.

The Red Magic 7 will come with a 6.8-inch 1080P resolution OLED straight screen and a refresh rate of 144Hz or higher. Under the screen, the manufacturer will put a fingerprint recognition module as well.

The handset will have up to 18GB of memory with an active cooling fan speeding at 20,000 RPM, a large heat dissipation area soaking plate, and a 4500mAh battery. Due to the 165W charging solution, the battery will get fully charged in less than 10 minutes.

The leaked renders show that the smartphone will be available in green, black-red, and blue gradient colors. The front camera will adopt an 8-megapixel lens. As for dimensions, the Red Magic 7 will have a thickness of 9.5mm and a weight of 215g.
